The Space
Welcome to our townhouse situated in the highly desirable Crystal Beach area of Destin. Located in the upscale, family-friendly community of 125 Crystal Beach Drive, our home is just minutes from the white sand beaches, shopping centers, and plenty of delicious restaurants. This beautiful two-story townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that comfortably sleep up to 10 people! The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs with a large dining table and bar seating for family meals. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch overlooking the pool or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. There is a walk-in laundry room with beach towels and an enclosed garage with beach toys and necessities. We happily provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry & dish soap.
The Location
Lucky Livin’ is located in the heart of Destin only 0.3 miles from the closest beach entrance and right across the street from Destin Commons shopping center. Enjoy other shopping areas, including Silver Sands Outlet Mall (less than 5 miles away) and Grand Boulevard in Miramar. If you are in the mood for arcade games, theme parks, or miniature golf you can go to the Track, Wild Willie's Adventure Zone, and Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl and Grill which are all right around to corner. Is a water park more what you had in mind? Big Kahuna's is open from mid-May to mid-September. Want to do some deep-sea fishing, boating, waterfront shopping, or dining? Head on down to Harbor Walk Village. You will love this centrally located beach destination!

“This was the perfect place for friends to get together. It was only a short walk from the beach, very spacious with a great living room and kitchen setup, plenty of parking, and in a pretty, quiet little community.”
“Amazing hosts with great communication. We even ran into the cleaning lady who was super friendly, helpful, and awesome! Absolutely loved they left umbrellas, wagons, and chairs in the garage for the beach. I mean literally a game changer! The property was very nice and thoroughly thought out throughout. Highly recommended to others, look forward to staying here again.”
