The Space
The Front Porch is a newly renovated duplex unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 4 guests. We have a fully stocked, recently updated kitchen with all of the appliances you will need to cook your favorite meal at home! The cozy living room has a gorgeous fireplace, a record player with records and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the beautiful back porch surrounded by lush trees and nature. There is an in-unit washer and dryer with a laundry starter kit and enough towels for up to 4 guests located in the bathroom vanities. We happily provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent & dish soap.
The Location
A hidden gem in the suburbs of Crabtree Woods with excellent access to all of Raleigh. Perfectly located only 7 minutes from UNC Rex Hospital, 10 minutes from PNC Arena, and 12 minutes from Duke Raleigh Hospital and Downtown Raleigh. There is a growing retail area within walking distance featuring new restaurants including the Crooked Hammock Brewery, Wong’s Tacos and Jeff’s Bagel Run. We are happy to share our favorite restaurants and things to do in the area!

“A hidden gem to say the least. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. The woods off the back are picturesque and peaceful. The kitchen has all of the necessities, and the appliances are newer. We plan on booking again for our next trip to Raleigh. Highly recommend.”
